Members of the Kitty Hawk Rotary Club have presented new TI-84 Plus graphing calculators to the math faculty at First Flight High School. The donation is part of the club’s Rotary for Youth program, aided by the Dare County Department of Health and Human Services.

Funding for the calculator donation was provided through a Rotary District Grant from the Rotary Foundation. In addition to supporting global relief efforts, the Rotary Foundation provides grants to local clubs to make an impact in their community. Faculty members will identify students in need of these special calculators and provide them on a loan-out basis.
