DWCC Ladies Tennis Association announces new officers

Duck Woods Country Club’s Ladies Tennis Association kicked off the New Year with a new slate of officers. From left are Camille Miller, who will be treasurer, President Linda Burek, Lynne Alterman, secretary, and Janet Colegrove, vice president. DWLTA, with membership of about 50, offers an array of social and tennis events throughout the year, as well as quarterly meetings. For the sixth consecutive year, it hosted the Swinging in Spring Ladies Open Doubles Tennis Tournament last spring. It also benefits a local breast cancer organization and gives an annual DWLTA scholarship to an area high school senior.
